Tina Gascoigne, General Counsel, oversees all of the legal activities of the fund. Ms. Gascoigne previously served as General Counsel of two other funds. Most recently, Ms. Gascoigne served as General Counsel of OCG Ventures, a $220 million boutique investment firm. At OCG, Ms. Gascoigne also served as Acting Counsel for a number of that fund's portfolio companies including Dorsal Networks, Inc. (sold to Corvis Corporation in May 2002), Optinel Systems, Inc. (sold to C-COR Incorporated in September 2004) and Covega Corporation. Ms. Gascoigne is currently a member of the Board of Directors of a number of companies including Covega Corporation and Autani Corporation and is a board observer at Cidra Corporation. Ms. Gascoigne has a B.A. degree in Political Science from New York University, a J.D. degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
